Groundbook

Groundbook reviews construction drawings the way a careful engineer would. It reads every sheet and cross-checks plans, sections, details, schedules, and notes against each other and against the specifications; runs your review checklist over the set; and checks the drawings against building codes: public codes, code books you upload, or codes you hold a license for. Every conflict is listed with the exact sheet and text it came from, and the findings become an issue list your team works through, with a PDF report and marked-up drawings to share. Connect it to Claude and it works in your projects with exactly your permissions: • List your projects and their status. • See open issues ranked by severity, with sheet numbers, or open one issue with its description, impact, recommended fix, and the cited drawing text. • Change an issue's status or severity, add labels, comment, and assign it to a teammate. • Create a project, set the review checklist, add saved files and building codes, and start a check. • Ask plain-language questions about a project's drawings. • Export a PDF report, marked-up drawings, a Bluebeam FDF, or a CSV; the file is ready on the website. Nothing is visible in Claude that is not visible on the website. Read-only tools run without confirmation; anything that changes data asks first, and deletions are marked so Claude confirms. You can disconnect Claude at any time from Settings.
